I've had injuries which make me inflexible, can I still do yoga?

Of course, everybody is capable of their own yoga. Doing what feels good in your body is the right pose to be in. I will guide you with modifications and options to fit where you are.

I have a very busy mind and find it difficult to sit still and empty my mind to meditate- is this still for me?

First, it is impossible to empty your mind- the skill is about allowing, noticing, accepting and then shifting the mind to a focus of your choice- which might be moment-to-moment awareness. There is a mindful meditation practice for everyone, but maybe not in the classic way you have seen people meditate. You can meditate while moving.

Aren't we all mindful if we are doing something?

It is quite easy to do certain tasks and not pay attention fully or allow the mind to be somewhere else. Mindfulness is paying attention in the moment without judgment and with full acceptance of the experience. Try this doing something simple like washing the dishes.

I have digestive issues and trouble sleeping through the night. Is this from stress?

Concerns about anything can keep your mind active at night making it hard to sleep. Some studies have shown a strong association between sleep disturbances and gastrointestinal issues. I would see your doctor about these if they continue. However, stress management tools have been helpful in retraining our brains to respond more healthfully to stressful thinking and situations.
