In this two-hour workshop participants will practice and explore how yoga integrates with sports training for peak performance. Includes breath awareness, focus and mental control, balance, stabilization, and flexibility practices.

Learn and practice a range of techniques that can help you feel more peaceful, manage stress more effectively and be more mindful in all aspects of living. Understand the neuroscience of chronic stress and how it effects the body and the mind, causes disease and keeps us from healing. Let it transfer into your everyday life.

We live in a fast-paced world of too much access, too often. This coupled with an already hectic lifestyle can lead to chronic stress. Learn what is missing in the stress cycle causing a surge of hormones to have serious impacts on our health. Digestive disorders, headaches, high blood pressure and heart rate, fatigue, and muscle tension are only a few of the symptoms. Learn what stress is- the good and the bad, how it affects your mind, body and heart and how the practice and living of yoga can break the stress cycle to heal.

Simply Self Care

In this interactive workshop, I team up with Registered Intuitive Eating Dietitian, Callan Wall to provide you with the time and space to look at health behaviors that are within your control. We will guide you to explore your awareness of your current lifestyle habits. You will learn tools to assess your daily energy levels, hunger/fullness cues, & emotions in order to adjust your day to meet your needs. You will practice ways to cultivate non-judgmental awareness of your patterns, thoughts, and behaviors so that you can stay motivated to have a more consistent self-care and wellness routine.
