Ready to redefine aging? Let’s Start with a 20-minute Consultation!

Hi, I’m Holly

“I believe that small, intentional changes can transform how we feel at any stage of life. “

As a Mindfulness Coach, Movement Specialist, and Lifestyle Guide, I help people develop sustainable habits that enhance well-being and vitality. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about practical tools for a healthier, more balanced life.

I have been immersed in health and wellness since my 20s, training and educating others as a consultant through national programs like the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and, more recently, Lifestyle Reset at Novant Health. Now, as a Mind, Movement, and Lifestyle Coach, I combine my experience in fitness, yoga, and healthy lifestyle coaching to help people heal and thrive at any age.

With a master’s degree in education from Colorado State University, my goal has always been to share best practices for optimal well-being. I earned my RYT 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2008 and my E-RYT 500-Hour Certification in 2015. Over the years, I’ve taught strength training, anatomy, physiology, yoga and yogic studies, MBSR, and stress management practices, including mindfulness techniques, pranayama, and meditation—for individuals and corporate wellness programs. As a Stress Management Specialist at Novant Health, I use these skills to help heart and cancer patients manage their conditions.

I am beyond grateful to my teachers and students for helping me grow and thrive—now into my 60s. I love paddleboarding, swimming, biking, playing with my five grandchildren, traveling (especially with family), and taking time to slow down, breathe in the mountain air, or search for the perfect piece of sea glass.

My Approach

My approach integrates movement—through yoga or other forms of exercise—with awareness of the mind’s fluctuations and the heart’s emotions. Everyone has a starting point, and I focus on refining posture, balance, and mobility. I believe aging is inevitable, but weakness and disconnection are optional.

You don’t have to overhaul your entire life to feel better. By focusing on simple, accessible practices—like movement, mindfulness, and connection—we’ll create a plan that works for you.

Kind words from past clients.

“I was always an exerciser and ate mostly healthy- but I still didn’t feel great and often lacked energy. The missing link was the practice of accepting myself and becoming aware of my own thinking which sabotaged my self-confidence on a regular basis. I learned how draining this cycle is! Through practices that I learned from Holly, I began to change my own mind and truly feel what it feels like to be healthy.”
