just for you
Events
The practices of mindfulness can sometimes seem lofty or intangible, so we have designed some in-person events to provide knowledge and a space for better understanding of just how you can make this applicable and effective in your day-to-day. The Heart
We live in a fast-paced world of too much access, too often. This coupled with an already hectic lifestyle can lead to chronic stress. Learn what is missing in the stress cycle causing a surge of hormones to have serious impacts on our health.
Digestive disorders, headaches, high blood pressure and heart rate, fatigue, and muscle tension are only a few of the symptoms. Learn what stress is- the good and the bad, how it affects your mind, body and heart and how the practice and living of yoga can break the stress cycle to heal.

Wedding Day Yoga
I have been bringing yoga to brides, bridesmaids, grooms, and groomsmen, families, and friends for many years! It is such an honor to be part of a couple’s big day.
Weddings are about connection – to your partner, to your family, to your friends. This practice will be accessible to all levels of participants.
I’ll create a custom practice that is light-hearted, centering, and fun. I offer fun music, a little interactive twist on bringing love to the group, and of course, time to be present with yourself before the festivities begin. This is your time to let go of the details and family drama. Calm your mind, settle your emotions, and embrace joy.
Kind words from past clients.
