Yoga for Athletes
Tuesdays 6-7 pm
This practice includes medium paced sequencing of postures from the floor to standing and back, along with breathing techniques to create heat for deeper stretching. Upper body and core strength poses will be offered, but easily modified. In this alignment-based practice, props will be used as needed to aid flexibility issues.
Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required for this class.

Breathe, Flow, Let Go
Mondays 10-11am, Wednesdays 8-9am, Fridays 10-11am
This is a light flow yoga class that incorporates some sequencing of poses and some poses held longer to allow students time to focus on proper alignment. Basic versions of each pose are offered along with modifications for those seeking either a more gentle or more challenging practice. Props are encouraged to ease effort when needed. This class is ideal for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced student who enjoys a gentle approach to their practice.
